  1. Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, events, sessions and content provided by Original Breath (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, purchasing or participating in any service or event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Services provided

    Original Breath offers experiential sessions, events and educational services focused on wellbeing, self-regulation and personal development. Our services are not medical or therapeutic treatment and do not replace professional medical, psychological or mental health care.

  3. Eligibility and participation

    By participating in our services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian; that you take full responsibility for your participation; and that you will engage in sessions at your own pace and within your personal limits. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should seek advice from a qualified health professional before participating.

  4. Bookings and payments

    Bookings and ticket purchases may be made via Humanitix, Stripe or approved booking platforms. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We do not store or process full payment details. Payments are handled securely by third-party providers.

  5. Cancellations, transfers and refunds

    Unless otherwise stated, bookings and tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferable at our discretion. If Original Breath cancels an event or session, you will be offered a refund or credit. Humanitix refund policies may also apply to ticketed events.

  6. Personal responsibility and risk

    Participation in experiential sessions involves personal responsibility. You acknowledge that experiences vary between individuals, that emotional or physical sensations may arise, and that you participate voluntarily and at your own discretion. You agree that Original Breath is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where required by Australian law.

  7. Behaviour and safety

    We reserve the right to refuse or remove participation if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. Safety, respect and consent are required at all times.

  8. Intellectual property

    All content, materials, recordings and written resources provided by Original Breath remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be copied, recorded or distributed without written permission.

  9. Privacy

    Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available via our website and Linktree.

  10. External platforms and links

    We use third-party platforms such as Humanitix, Stripe and Linktree to deliver services and manage bookings. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of external platforms.

  11. Changes to terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available via our website and Linktree.

  12. Governing law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
